It all started in 1967 with an Easy-Bake Oven. Feeding people has always been my love language. In 2025, after learning I had a gluten intolerance, I felt inspired to create a cake that myself and others could enjoy. The Cottage Food Establishment Exemption has given me the opportunity to do what I love; baking cakes for special celebrations and lasting memories.
